Since Google is celebrating 10 years this year they’ve brought back the oldest search index they had available so we can all search in the good old days again 😀
The search index is from 2001 and can be found at www.google.com/search2001.html. Since the search results are from 2001 many of th pages found in the results are no longer active, so the Google team have solved that problem by linking to the pages at Wayback Machine 😀 . This means that when you search the 7 year old search index you can check out the pages how they looked like in 2001.
So when I searched for “xavier media” I got the above results 🙂 and guess what almost all pages work today too. Only a few of the results have moved to new pages, but thanks to Wayback Machine you can still get a look back at 2001. I have to say it’s like travelling thru time in a time machine 😀
