In the latest few days many blogs have reported that Twitter will start charging companies for using Twitter to market their services, but the good news is that Twitter will remain free for both companies and persons 😀 .

However, it’s important to note that whatever we come up with, Twitter will remain free to use by everyone—individuals, companies, celebrities, etc
What they may do s to start charging for new services and features, not existing once. However this is still speculations from both me and Twitter.
I don’t see any problem in Twitter starting to charge a fee for some services and features that add value to existing accounts. That’s just good, since all companies must earn money otherwise they can’t stay in business. Since I really love Twitter I want them to survive for a long long time and I personally find it a little bit scary that they haven’t started earning money some how yet.
I’m looking forward to new features and services from Twitter and I both hope and think they will be worth paying for, so good luck Twitter!
